Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Jodhpur 

  • Reach Jodhpur, where a representative will help you get transferred to the hotel.
  • On reaching the hotel, complete the check-in process and take some rest.
  • Spend the day at leisure 
  • Overnight stay in Jodhpur 

Stay: Hotel Kasturi Orchid or similar 

 

Day 2: Full Day Jodhpur Sightseeing 

  • Wake up to a beautiful morning and enjoy your breakfast.
  • Once ready, you can proceed to explore the stunning blue city of Jodhpur.
  • Visit the beautiful Umaid Bhavan Palace, which is built on a vast 26 acres and is one of the world's largest private residences.
  • You can visit the majestic Mehrangarh Fort that stands on a perpendicular cliff, four hundred feet above the skyline of Jodhpur.
  • Visit the famous Chamunda Devi Temple at the top of Mehrangarh Fort and know the story of why the idol is worshipped.
  • Don't forget to visit the beautiful memorial made in marble, the Jaswant Thada, often described as the “Taj Mahal of Marwar”.
  • Explore local sights of Jodhpur such as Mandore garden
  • In the evening, you can visit the market at Ghanta Ghar where you can buy some authentic Jodhpuri handicrafts and Rajasthani Dresses. 
  • Later, you can proceed back to your hotel.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel in Jodhpur.

Day 3: Jodhpur to Jaisalmer

  • Start your next day with a delicious breakfast then get ready to transfer to Jaisalmer, also known as the Golden City.
  • Take a short stopover at the Jaisalmer War Memorial, which honours the contributions and sacrifices of war heroes, and also traces the evolution of the Indian Army.
  • In the afternoon, you’ll will head out towards the Sam Sand Dunes where you’ll check in to a desert camp.
  • Experience the exotic desert by Dune Bashing over the sand dunes & enjoy Camel Ride overlooking a spectacular sunset.(Own expense) 
  • You can then enjoy folk performances by the locals while enjoying a bonfire and an authentic Rajasthani meal.
  • Overnight stay at the Desert Camp in Jaisalmer.

Day 4: Jaisalmer Sightseeing and Drop to Jodhpur Airport 

  • After breakfast check out from the Desert camps and proceed for Jaisalmer Sightseeing 
  • Start your sightseeing tour of the city by visiting the beautiful Gadisar Lake where you can take a calming morning stroll.
  • Visit Bada Bagh, featuring a series of cenotaphs, Bada Bagh portrays illustrious past of Rajasthan
  • Visit one of the grandest of all memorials, the Vyas Chhatri presents exquisitely crafted cenotaphs presenting it as a wonderful tourist attraction.
  • Further marvel at the historic heritage havelis like Patwon ki Haveli, adorned with intricate carvings and elegant architecture.
  • Explore the iconic Jaisalmer Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, renowned for its intricate architecture and historical significance.
  • You can then transfer to Jodhpur for your onward journey.
  • This marks the end of your tour with wonderful memories.
