Bir is a village located in the Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh and is rightfully considered the heaven for Paragliding. The para glider is launched from Billing, 18 km north of Bir, and one glides down from
Billing to the Landing Site at Bir. The names of the two places are therefore used in conjugation as Bir Billing.
Bir Billing is famous as the Paragliding capital of the world. Bir is also famed for its soulful Tibetian monasteries set amidst scenic and peaceful settings. There is a sizable community of Tibetan refugees in the village, especially at the Bir Tibetan Colony.

Note- Trip starts from Bir - which is accessible by bus from Delhi
DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN BIR
Arrive to your pre-booked guest house in Bir. Settle at the guest house and head for a trek to the art village of Bir which is just 5 kms from Bir. Return from the village in the evening.

DAY 2: PARAGLIDING
After breakfast, head to the take off point for paragliding from Asia’s second highest spot. Return to the guest house, relax a bit and later trek to one of the best hidden sunset points in the region.

DAY 3: BIR BUS-STOP DROP
After breakfast, spend some leisure time to explore Bir Tibetan colony area then you can transfer to the Bir Bus stop.
