Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Tashkent & City Tour 

  • Arrive at Tashkent airport from where you will be welcomed by our English-speaking staff and drop you to your hotel in a private vehicle. 
  • Reach the hotel, check in and relax for some time. 
  • Explore the popular local attractions such as Memorial of Repressions Victims, Monument of Courage, and Independence Square. 
  • Head to the Romanov Prince Duke Residence to explore this historical site. Learn about its history and cultural importance.
  • Continue your afternoon by visiting the Memorial of Repressions Victims. Take the time to reflect on the historical significance of the memorial and appreciate the traditional ornaments.
  • Watch a show at Residence Opera and Ballet Theatre or see how the actors prepare themselves to perform on stage.
  • Head to the Tashkent TV Tower. (Outside only)
  • End your day by visiting the Hazrat Imam Complex in the Old City. Explore the complex, which includes historical buildings, mosques, and museums.

Day 2: Charvak & Chimgan Mountains

  • 10:00 After a wholesome breakfast at the hotel, depart for Charvak and Chimgan Mountains. The journey takes approximately 2 hours.
  • Head towards the Chimgan Mountains and take a cable car ride to the top for panoramic views of the Chimgan region.
  • 14:30 Enjoy a hearty lunch at a local restaurant in Chimgan, offering traditional Uzbek cuisine or picnic with a view.(Own expense) 
  • 15:30 Explore water activities such as boat rides or jet skiing on Charvak Reservoir.(Own expense) 
  • Relax on the shores, take photographs, and appreciate the natural beauty surrounding you.
  • 18:00 Begin your journey back to Tashkent

Day 3: Samarkand Day Tour  

  • Begin your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel. 
  • Start your day by taking the Afrosiyob train from Tashkent to Samarkand. Enjoy the comfortable journey and take in the scenic views.
  • Upon arrival in Samarkand, head to Registan Square, the heart of the city.
  • Explore the three ornate madrassas (Ulugbek, Sher-Dor, and Tilya-Kori) that border the square.
  • Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, savoring Uzbek cuisine.(Own expense) 
  • Visit Gur-e-Amir, the towering tomb of Timur (Tamerlane). Explore the mausoleum and learn about the history of Timur and the Timurid Empire.
  • Head to Bibi-Khanym Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the Islamic world. Explore the mosque and its surrounding area.
  • Take a stroll through the vibrant Siab Bazaar. Experience the local atmosphere and, if interested, purchase some souvenirs or local products.
  • Around 5 pm, take the Afrosiyob train back to Tashkent. Relish the journey and the memories of your day in Samarkand.

Day 4: Fly from Tashkent to Almaty 

  • Check out of your Tashkent hotel.
  • Arrive at the airport in advance for your flight to Almaty.
  • Upon arrival in Almaty, go through immigration and collect your luggage.
  • Transfer to your hotel in Almaty and check in and spend the day at leisure 
  • Take a leisurely stroll through central Almaty in the evening. Explore the city's streets, enjoy the night lights, and experience the local atmosphere.

Day 5: Almaty City Tour & Kok Tobe Tour 

  • Start your day with a hearty breakfast at your hotel.
  • Begin your city tour by heading to Medeo Gorge. Explore the area and learn about the largest high mountain skating rink in the world. Take in the stunning views of the Trans-Ili Ala-Tau mountains.
  • Visit the Medeo Dam, which plays a crucial role in protecting the city from mudflows originating from the western Tien Shan mountains.
  • Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in the vicinity of Medeo Gorge. Savor some local cuisine.(Own expense)
  • After lunch, head back to central Almaty for the continuation of your city tour.
  • Explore Republic Square and the Monument of Independence. Take in the historical and cultural significance of these landmarks.
  • In the late afternoon, embark on the Kok Tobe Tour. Take a cable car or drive to Kok Tobe Hill to enjoy panoramic views of Almaty.
  • Explore the entertainment area on Kok Tobe Hill. Visit the observation deck, enjoy the amusement park, and see the famous Kok Tobe Tower.

Day 6: Medeo Gorge - Chimbulak Tour & Departure

  • Start your day with a leisurely breakfast at your hotel, fueling up for a day of exploration.
  • Depart from your hotel at 10:30 AM for the Medeo Gorge excursion. Enjoy the scenic drive to the gorge and take in the beautiful mountain surroundings.
  • Explore Medeo Gorge, where you'll find the largest high mountain skating rink in the world and the impressive dam that protects the city from mudflows
  • Head to Chimbulak ski resort, located at an altitude of 2230 meters above sea level.
  • Upon arrival at Chimbulak, take advantage of free time to explore the resort. Enjoy the mild climate, soak in the scenic mountain views, and experience the atmosphere of this popular ski destination
  • At 5:00 PM, transfer back to your hotel in Almaty.
  • Return to your hotel, pack your belongings, and check out.
  • Head to the airport for your departure. Your guide will drop you off, ensuring a convenient end to your day.
